New partner country: the Netherlands

We are happy to announce that the The Instituut voor Publiek en Politiek (Dutch Institute for Political Participation) in the Netherlands has joined Young Ideas for Europe! This brings the tally of countries to 18, and we are thrilled to be working with partners in all of the countries to broaden the scope of young people the program will reach.
